The release date and price are based on the United States. Apple will launch the new iPhone in different date for different countries, like Canada release day would be differ from India. And the price is contract-free price on the United States. If you buy the iPhone with a contract from the carrier, the price would be different. OLED display
OLED technology can allow richer colors and deeper blacks compared the IPS LED. iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max keep the same all-screen OLED Multi-Touch display as iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max. While, iPhone 11 uses its all-screen LED Multi-Touch display with IPS technology like iPhone XR.
Camera
iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max both use a dual rear camera in the top left of the device. The new iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max offer the triple 12MP Ultra Wide and Wide cameras with Night mode. You can capture pictures with excellent brightness and purity at night. With the new Ultra Wide, Wide and Telephoto cameras, iPhone 11 Pro can capture a wider field of view.
Face ID
Apple has updated the front-facing camera from a 7MP camera with 1080p HD video recording to 12 MP with 4k video recording in iPhone 11 series. The latest iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max gets iPhone unlocked 30% faster and easier than iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR.
Hardware
Apple said that it's A13 Bionic had the fastest CPU and GPU. iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max with A13 Bionic chip provide longer battery life than iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR with A12 Bionic chip. iPhone 11 Pro Max will last 5 hours longer than iPhone XS Max.

While Samsung offers more prism black, prism white, prism blue, prism green, flamingo pink. Display
iPhone 11 is 6.1-inch, iPhone 11 Pro is 5.8-inch, and iPhone 11 Pro Max is 6.5-inch. While Samsung Galaxy S10 is also 6.1-inch, and S10+ is 6.4-inch. Galaxy (3040×1440 551/526 ppi) has higher resolution than iPhone (1792×828/2436×1125/2688×1242 324/463/456 ppi). For screen, iPhone uses OLED Multi-Touch display while Samsung uses its Dynamic AMOLED.
Function
Both iPhone and Galaxy are using Face recognition. However, Apple's tech seems more advanced. iPhone 11 uses Face ID to unlock the screen, while Samsung S10 support in-display fingerprint scanner and face unlock.

Both the models support wireless and fast charging. Galaxy S10 runs Samsung Exynos 9 Octa 9820 processor while iPhone 11 runs Apple's A13 Bionic.
