First, please make sure you are using the latest version of this program. You can download the newest version from our official website.
Second, please make sure you have connected a Blu-ray Drive to load the Blu-ray disc and meanwhile please make sure the system read the Blu-ray Drive and Blu-ray disc correctly, only the system recognize both of them correctly, can the program load successfully.
Then please make sure your network connect well, as it need visit our server during the process of loading disc.
And please make sure the source disc has no damaged. Please make sure other disc whether has this problem or not.
